01

Save Location and Backup Options

Escape from Playtime has no verified Windows save or profile path to use for a manual backup. To protect existing progress, keep local files intact and report profile or synchronization problems through the official Bug Board.

A profile-loading error does not identify where your progress is stored. Avoid choosing a folder simply because it resembles a familiar save location. There is no documented game-specific export, restoration or profile migration procedure to follow.

02

Steam Inventory and Gameplay Progress

Steam Inventory support also does not establish a Steam Cloud backup for your entire profile. A cosmetic entitlement cannot tell you which other progress is local, synchronized or managed through an account. Avoid relying on it as proof that your full progress can be restored after replacing files or moving computers.

03

Preserve Existing Data and Report Missing Progress

  1. Keep existing local files intact so you retain the data already on your PC. Leave suspected save directories and profile files in place without deleting or overwriting them.
  2. Write down which progress appears missing and what happened immediately before the problem, so you can describe the issue clearly when requesting help.
  3. Open the official Bug Board to report the profile-loading or synchronization failure and request guidance for your situation.
04

Review the Progress You Can Still Access

If you can access the Perm-A-Lounge, use its computer to review your progress and earned rewards. Note what it displays alongside anything you expected to see. This gives you a clearer description for a missing-progress report.
